The vision can be right, the strategy can be sound, and the intent can be real — and still, the gap opens underneath.
It fails underneath — in the habits, patterns, and character we fall back on when pressure rises, and in the culture, environments, and systems that keep the old ways alive.
What INNER is
Every gap has two sides
Coaching guides the person, then often returns them to a system that has not moved. Consulting redesigns the system, yet can leave the person who must lead it untouched. Each works one side of the gap — and the side left unchanged has a way of pulling it open again.
